John considered the soldiers' tasks as a useless effort, rejecting them even if it meant the death of his brothers in arms 🛡. In his eyes, the fact that Eren rushed to hunt the Titans numerous times was stupidity rather than bravery.
By ranking among the top 10 in the 104th Soldier Training Corps , Jean had the means to realize his plans. After clashing with Eren and his sultry attitude, Jean was inspired to join the Survey Corps.
Zoe Hange
The researcher of the group who is responsible for gathering information on the Titans. Hange being so intensely passionate about her work , one could see it as a sort of sordid admiration for the Titans.

Erwin Smith
A hero and inspiration to the soldiers under his command, Erwin had a strong desire to find the root of the fate facing the wall dwellers. Armin Arlelt

Armin made the call to trust Eren's Assault Titan , leading to their escape after the Pink Wall attack. While Eren's Titan took care of the bulk of the fighting, Armin came up with a plan to get the group of soldiers out of a bad situation and thereby gain the trust of his comrades.
When Mikasa, Armin, and Eren were faced with what amounted to a firing squad☠ , Eren was more than willing to bet on Armin's mind to counter Shadis' mental test.
