Who owns the Rinnegan?

One of Naruto's three great Dojutsu , the Rinnegan, is the strongest eye of the Kekkei Genkai. It is said to have been first wielded by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths. Using the Rinnegan, the user can learn different Jutsu 📜 as well as several special powers, known as the Six Paths powers. A user of the Rinnegan is said to have control over life and death itself, making only the strongest characters worthy of this Kekkei Genkai . 🧿 Although the Rinnegan is only a dojutsu, there are several variations among the different characters who have wielded it so far. 10. Black Zetsu

In an effort to resurrect Kaguya Otsutsuki, Black Zetsu managed to get his hands on the Rinnegan near the end of the series. By controlling Obito's body, Black Zetsu initiated the " Eternal Cycle of Reincarnation" to bring Madara back to life . ⚰️ As expected, his use of the Rinnegan is very limited, and he doesn't do much with it other than control Obito's body. It is therefore not surprising to see Black Zetsu ⬛ at the bottom of this list, which makes him the weakest user of this divine eye in the entire Naruto saga.

9. Jigen

In the Boruto anime, Jigen is none other than the leader of a secret organization called Kara as well as the recipient of Isshiki Otsutsuki. At full power, Nagato was able to take on two powerful Jinchūriki , Naruto and Killer Bee. Nagato is a shinobi capable of using the different powers of this eye to a high potential, as seen in his fight against Jiraiya and Naruto.

7. Obito Uchiha

Madara's successor in implementing the "Infinite Tsukuyomi Plan", Obito Uchiha was one of the main antagonists of the Naruto saga. After Nagato's death, Obito took upon himself the Dojutsu, Rinnegan, which was given to him by Madara and also ensured that the " Eye of the Moon Plan " 🌘 came true.

Although he was not as skilled as Nagato in using the Rinnegan, he was able to obtain the powers of Rikudo, and create his own Six Pain Bodies in order to manipulate the Beijū he possessed using of Gedo Mazo. As the Jinchūriki of the Ten-Tailed Beast , Obito became so strong that his powers could only be matched by a few individuals in the saga, such as Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.

6. Madara Uchiha

Madara Uchiha was one of the few people in the Naruto series who awakened the Rinnegan on his own . By merging the stem cells of Ashura (from the Senju clan) with those of Indra, the cells of his own Clan, 🧬 Madara gained access to the powerful Rinnegan, which he was able to use to the best of his abilities. As Jubi's perfect jinchuriki, Madara was approaching Hagoromo's level at a breakneck pace !

Madara is rightfully considered a genius. Thanks to his Rinnegan, 🧿 Madara could also use a special ability known as "Limbo Dive", which allowed him to summon clones of himself from an entirely different realm, making him nearly invincible.

5. Sasuke Uchiha

Widely known as the only shinobi capable of rivaling Naruto Uzumaki , Sasuke Uchiha achieved god-like status by receiving the powers of the Six Paths Yin 🌙 from Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Using these powers, he awakened the Rinnegan within his left eye, although his version of his dojutsu consists of six tomoe . As you would expect from a shinobi of Sasuke's caliber, as an adult, Sasuke has managed to master all the powers of his Rinnegan!

From using the Six Powers to his special teleportation technique called Amenotejikara , Sasuke can do it all. And as if that wasn't enough, his visual ability is such that he can open portals in different dimensions to go wherever he wants. Sasuke is truly one of its most formidable users. 🏋️‍♂️

4. Kaguya Otsutsuki

Kaguya Otsutsuki became the first shinobi to manipulate chakra on Earth, after consuming the fruit of the God Tree. 🍈 Kaguya also possessed a power similar to that of the Rinnegan. His eye, officially known as the Rinne-Sharingan is a Kekkei môra that possesses the ability of the Sharingan and the Rinnegan! The Rinne Sharingan is composed of several concentric circles across the entire eyeball as well as a red Iris with nine tomoe.

Using his powers, K aguya can open portals in six different dimensions , and even instantly teleport himself and the people around him. Being an Otsutsuki, she could absorb all chakra, and therefore all ninjutsu 📜 were rendered useless against her. His Rinne-Sharingan's greatest ability was the ability to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi .

3. Momoshiki Otsutsuki

One of the main family members of the Otsutsuki clan, Momoshiki, is arguably the strongest we've seen . Able to fight adult Naruto and Sasuke head-on, Momoshiki appeared as a terribly powerful enemy. 🔋 Momoshiki had 3 different Rinnegan at his disposal . Using the one on his left hand, Momoshiki could absorb all the chakras, and using the one on his right hand, he could multiply the power of Jutsu as well as return them. 💥 Another Rinnegan was on his forehead. However, what he was doing remains largely unknown. Nonetheless, Momoshiki was an excellent Rinnegan user , and one of the strongest in the Boruto series.

2. Urashiki Otsutsuki

One of Momoshiki 's minions, Urashiki appears to be an incredibly powerful God, capable of fighting two of the Five Kages with ease. Unsurprisingly, much of his power comes from his Rinnegan, which he possesses in both eyes. Unlike Sasuke, Urashiki wields the tomoe-Rinnegan in both of his eyes . As expected of an Otsutsuki, Ninjutsu 📜 is practically useless against him.

Urashiki's Rinnegan allows him to teleport to places instantly, and when combined with his ability to steal people's chakra and use it, he is undoubtedly one of the strongest in the series . Urashiki stole the chakra 🌊 from Mitsuki's Hermit Mode , as well as much of Sasuke's chakra which, if used, would make him nearly invincible.

Also known as Hermit Rikudo , Hagoromo Otsutsuki is arguably the strongest character in the entire Naruto series.
